I am happy with the quality of service they provided, they were quick and were on time. We were having massive leakage in the basement and were not able to locate the source. These guys are fantastic! After moving in to our new home we recently had a day and a half of steady rain, an existing hidden crack in the basement wall started letting water in and soaking the carpet, and after pulling the drywall and rigid foam away a 6 foot crack was revealed. I called flood guard, and Gene came out within an hour, evaluated the situation and scheduled the work date. Everything was done on time! Thank youj!
